ABOUT THE PRACTICE

Established in 2004 & now into its 17th year in Private Practice, The Glen Smith Partnership (Park House Design) was Founded & is still owned by Glen. With well over 30 years of continuous professional experience within Private Architectural Practice, Glen has a multifaceted & extensive knowledge within the fields of Surveying, Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Construction Health & Safety.

Glen has been a Full (Chartered) Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) since 2002.

The Glen Smith Partnership is a Multidisciplinary & Traditional Private CIAT Chartered Practice. It offers complete & holistic architectural services from Project Inception through to Contract Administration.

As a CIAT Chartered Practice we are also able to offer Monitoring of the Works (Inspections), Certification & provision of Periodic Certificates for Payment & (Practical) Completion Certification or Professional Consultant's Certificate (PCC) upon satisfactory Completion of the Works, satisfying Banking & the Major Money Lenders requirements, in respect of Certified Payments.

The Practice has an excellent reputation for professionalism & for producing high quality design, working, construction & production information packages, specializing in Residential New Build, (including Design & Build packages) & Conservation Projects.

The Partnership also specialize in the discharge of pre-commencment Planning Conditions, Conservation Area Consent Conditions & Listed Building Consent Conditions, as well as any respective pre-occupation &/or post-completion of the works conditions.

Glen also has considerable on site, hands on, construction & building work experience, having first hand Self-Build experience.

In January 2014, Park House Design Ltd, changed it's name to the Glen Smith Partnership Ltd.
