FEES | RATES

Whilst Projects are considered on an individual basis, the following Fees & Rates should offer a basic guide only.

We can offer you a free initial consultation at our office in Rugeley, or alternatively, we can visit your own property to discuss your project (Home/Office/Site/Mutual Meeting Place) if you prefer, based on the following Rates:

Initial Consultation (Domestic Extension & Loft Conversion Projects incur a minimum Initial Consultation Fee of £75, subject to locality) | No charge if you bring your project to us.

Domestic Extensions | Fees Subject to Agreement (Minimum Charge of £750 for combined Planning & Building Regulation Applications).

Loft Conversions | Fees Subject to Agreement (Minimum Charge of £1,200 for combined Planning & Building Regulation Applications).

Project Fees are generally based around a percentage of the overall Estimated Build Costs or percentage of the Contract Sum, as set out within the RIBA Plan of Works.

Fees can also be based on a fixed sq ft rate | Rates Subject to Agreement.

All Fee proposals are exclusive of Third Party Fees (Structural Engineers/Etc), Statutory Submission Fees (Council Charges/Etc) VAT (at the current Rate) & Disbursement Costs (Postage/Prints/Etc).

All project & fee agreements subject to CIAT standard Confirmation of Instructions form of appointment (based on RIBA Plan of Work, endorsed by CIAT) & Conditions of Engagement or Conditions of Engagement for Domestic Projects (England & Wales).
