Unless agreed otherwise, all digitally prepared documentation will be issued in a closed (uneditable) format only.

WARRANTY ITEMS

Glen Smith Partnership Ltd can offer a 6 Year Professional Consultant's Certificate (PCC), upon satisfactory Completion of the Works.

Works must be monitored by Glen Smith Partnership for the full cycle of the project, in order for a Completion Certificate to be issued. Certification subject to provision of all relevant Third Party Certification (such as M&E Certification) & works have been carried out to the satisfaction of the Statutory Authorities (such as Local Authority Building Control).

The above may also form part of full Contract Administration services.

Alternatively, a 10 Year Warranty can also be arranged via the CIAT/LABC Warranty Partnership Scheme, LABC Warranty Direct or NHBC/Premier Guarantee/Zurich 10 Year Warranty Policies.
